Thank you – the feedback period has now closed
The feedback window on proposals for new homes on land west of Rickmansworth Road closed on Sunday 19th July. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to get involved in the process. All responses will be carefully considered by the project team and used to inform our plans before a planning application is formally submitted.
What happens next?
Following the consultation period, a formal outline planning application will be submitted to the London Borough of Hillingdon. Once submitted and validated, the application will be publicly available to view and comment on.
If outline planning consent is granted, detailed design proposals for the site will then be brought forward through a reserved matters application, with further opportunity for community engagement.
